We are a larger HR department with twelve HR consultants in a pleasant work environment, where we care for and develop each other! We support the hospital care in Region Kronoberg, which is responsible for the specialized health and medical care provided at the hospitals in Ljungby and Växjö. The hospital care has 3200 employees and is organized into 20 operations (clinics). The hospital care faces many exciting challenges to meet the future health and medical care. Competence supply is one of them, and here HR plays an important role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an HR consultant, you will be part of the management groups of some operations and be the closest support for managers in the HR area. The work is very varied, and you will operate within most HR processes such as work environment, interpretation of laws and agreements, union negotiations, competence supply, and leadership support. We are responsible for providing the operations with knowledge, advice, analysis, and support. We also work in teams to implement, develop, and follow up on our working methods. This gives you the opportunity to deepen and take responsibility for a specific area in close collaboration with colleagues in the department or other parts of the region's HR function.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a degree from the PA program or equivalent academic education and several years of work experience in qualified HR work. You need to be good at planning and organizing your work independently and delivering support with high quality and service. You are attentive to others' needs and good at creating trustworthy relationships. You have a high analytical ability and work from a long-term and holistic perspective. It is important to us that you have a genuine commitment to your work and a strong drive to work together with your colleagues to best meet the needs of the operations!
